About Ian
Ian Werker has practiced exclusively in employment and labour law since his call to the Ontario Bar in 1988. He advises and represents both employees and employers, including non-profit organizations, in matters such as wrongful and constructive dismissal, employment standards, union certification and decertification, collective bargaining, grievance arbitrations, and human rights. He established his own practice at Law Chambers in 1994 and has taught employment law courses and presented at numerous seminars and conferences.
