About Ian

Ian's practice focuses on commercial real estate, working with property developers, lenders, landlords, tenants and venture capitalists. He has acted for a real estate investment trust on major acquisitions and financings of industrial properties across Ontario and Quebec, and advises on condominium development and commercial leasing. Ian holds an LLB from the University of New Brunswick and serves on Stewart McKelvey's Finance, Audit and Risk Committee.
