About Iain

Iain is the firm's principal and has served clients across southern Ontario for over 25 years, with a practice centered on criminal law, human rights, civil litigation, and municipal litigation. He has significant trial experience before the Ontario and Superior Courts of Justice and continues to represent individuals accused of murder, sexual assault, fraud, and other serious offences. He also acts as counsel for individuals and businesses facing municipal zoning and by-law charges. Iain studied at Queen's University and was called to the bar in 1990.
