About Helen
Helen Mihailidi is a partner focused on real estate matters, including land development, various types of land purchases and sales, related financing and ownership arrangements, and commercial leasing. She has particular expertise in preparing and administering cost-sharing agreements between landowners and developers for the coordination of land development and infrastructure installation. Helen has been involved in forming and running numerous cost-sharing groups across the Greater Toronto Area and beyond. Her work also involves negotiating with municipal and other government authorities on development charges, front-end financing arrangements for large-scale infrastructure, and other development matters. She was called to the Ontario bar in 1995 and received her LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1993.
