About Hasti
Hasti's practice focuses on family law with a specialization in litigation. She has appeared before various courts in British Columbia and has experience negotiating out-of-court settlements through mediation and arbitration, while also handling adversarial proceedings when needed. She has experience drafting cohabitation agreements, pre-nuptial agreements, post-nuptial agreements, marriage agreements, and property agreements to protect clients' property interests and preserve family wealth. Hasti was called to the bar in British Columbia in 2021 and Ontario in 2022.
