About Harveen

Harveen Thauli was called to the Bar of British Columbia on August 30, 1996. Practising under the philosophy 'high performance, high integrity,' Harveen focuses on building client relationships founded on trust, careful preparation, and attention to detail, working through negotiation, mediation, or litigation as the matter requires. Harveen practises as a Chartered Arbitrator and works in corporate governance, professional regulation, securities law, and sports law. Education includes a Juris Doctor from the University of Western Ontario (1995), a Bachelor of Civil Law (LLB) from Laval University (1994), and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia (1989). Harveen is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia, the Canadian Bar Association (BC Branch), the ADR Institute of Canada, the Women's White Collar Defense Association, Women Get on Board, and Women in Sports Law.
