Harsimrat Singh Nahal has a litigation practice covering civil and commercial matters including breach of contract, foreclosure, employment disputes, shareholder disputes and loan enforcement, and he also advises on business transactions and shareholder agreements. He previously practised in India and appeared before the Punjab and Haryana High Court. He holds a Master's in Dispute Resolution and is active in Calgary's South Asian community.
