About Cynthia

Cynthia Duff was raised in a Korean community in northeastern China before moving to South Korea to study corporation and finance law, and previously worked as a licensed Chinese lawyer with experience in cross-border business, corporate governance and IPOs. After moving to Canada, she has focused on family law and civil litigation under supervision at Shim Law, while expanding into real estate and business law.
