About Harold

Harold Geller is the founder of Geller Law, a business name of Sotos LLP, and has practised law in Ontario since 1993. He focuses on investment loss, advisor misconduct, negligence, and life insurance disputes, representing investors, beneficiaries, and families across Canada except Quebec. Geller has represented clients in more than 1,500 settled claims over his career and has held leadership and advisory roles connected to investor advocacy, consumer protection, and financial services regulation, including prior service on advisory bodies connected to the OSC, CIRO, FSRA, and OBSI. He earned his law degree from Dalhousie University and an honours degree from Queen's University, and has training through the Canadian Securities Institute.
