About Harleen

Harleen Kaur Chadha is a Canadian immigration lawyer at Marin Immigration Law who is dual licensed in India and Canada. She began her legal career in India, practising criminal law and matrimonial disputes at the Family Court in Delhi after obtaining her law degree from Amity University. She later completed a Master of Laws at the University of Manchester and worked as an immigration paralegal in Manchester, England before moving into Canadian immigration law, where she previously worked as an Immigration Coordinator at KPMG Law and an Immigration Manager at Deloitte. Her practice includes complex Federal Court judicial reviews and mandamus applications, corporate and business immigration, and individual matters such as citizenship, permanent residence, and study and work permits. She is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Toronto Lawyers Association, and the South Asian Bar Association.
