About Cédric

Cédric Marin is the founder of Marin Immigration Law and a bilingual Canadian citizenship and immigration lawyer. He began his legal career as a law clerk to Justice Richard Mosley at the Federal Court of Canada, later served as a decision-maker at the Refugee Protection Division and Refugee Appeal Division of the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada, and worked with the UNHCR in Tunisia and Lebanon on refugee determinations and resettlement recommendations. He advises individuals, businesses, and organizations on citizenship and immigration applications, refusals, and Federal Court judicial reviews, and appears regularly before the Federal Court of Canada. He holds a Licence en droit and Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa and a Master of Laws from the same institution, and is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Canadian Immigration Lawyers Association, and the Canadian Bar Association's Immigration Law Section.
