About Hari
Hari Nesathurai focuses on tax, trademark, trust and estate, and technology law, along with related litigation before federal, state and provincial courts and tribunals in both Canada and the United States, often acting as lead counsel on cross-border structuring and litigation matters. Hari earned an LLM in tax from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2001 and a JD from the University of Western Ontario in 1994. Bar admissions include New York and Massachusetts in 1995, Ontario in 1996, England and Wales in 2005, and British Columbia in 2013. Hari is registered as a trademark agent in both Canada and the United States and belongs to the Canadian Tax Foundation and the Canadian Bar Association.
