About Hari
Before joining Goodmans, Hari Marcovici worked in capital markets as an associate at a national law firm. He also spent several years gaining regulatory and in-house experience, including time with the Ontario Securities Commission's Enforcement Branch and its Investment Funds & Structured Products Branch, as well as roles at two large bank-owned asset managers. He is fluent in both Hebrew and Romanian. Marcovici holds the CFA charter and belongs to the CFA Canadian Advocacy Council. In 2022, 2023, and 2024, Best Lawyers included him in Canada's Ones to Watch list for corporate law. The Legal 500 Canada recognized his capital markets work in its 2024 edition, and The Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory also featured him in 2025 for corporate finance and securities.
