About Hannah

Hannah's practice covers corporate and commercial law, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and securities. She completed a secondment with Priceline's legal department and was previously associate legal counsel at an investment fund management company in Toronto. Before her legal career, Hannah was a nationally acclaimed violinist and now serves on the Board of Directors of the Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra.
