About Muhammad

Dr. Muhammad Abrar is the founding principal of A&M Canadian Immigration Law Corporation, an immigration-only firm he established in Winnipeg in 2019. He handles the full range of Canadian immigration matters, including Express Entry, the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program, study and work permits, family sponsorships, Procedural Fairness Letter responses, and Federal Court judicial review. He holds a PhD in Law from the University of Glasgow, where his research examined media regulation, and an LLM and LLB from the International Islamic University, Islamabad. He completed the Federation of Law Societies of Canada Certificate of Qualification and the Law Society of Manitoba's CPLED program before being called to the bar in 2019. He is a member of the Law Society of Manitoba, the Law Society of Ontario, and the Canadian Bar Association, and has published academic work including a book with Oxford University Press.
