About Hamidreza
Dr. Hamidreza Siavashpour is a Canadian immigration and refugee lawyer and a member of the Law Society of British Columbia. He holds a PhD in Public International Law from the University of Tehran and completed a Master of Laws in Common Law at the University of British Columbia before articling at Everyone Legal Clinic and being called to the bar in British Columbia. As a first-generation immigrant, he draws on his own experience navigating the immigration system in his work with clients.
