About Hailey
Hailey Tiessen is an associate lawyer and member of EKB's litigation group, with a broad civil litigation practice helping both businesses and individuals navigate legal disputes. She has appeared in the provincial, supreme, and appellate courts of British Columbia, as well as before the BC Human Rights Tribunal and the Employment Standards Tribunal. Hailey earned her BA in Art History and her JD, both from the University of British Columbia, joining EKB as an associate in 2022 after articling with the firm. She received the TREK Excellence Scholarship for Continuing Aboriginal Students and the Harold F. and Anne Bedner Uphill Scholarship in Law, and volunteered throughout law school with the Law Students' Legal Advice Program.
