H. Jane Robertson & Associates is a small family law firm in Owen Sound, Ontario, serving clients across Grey and Bruce counties. It doesn't limit its practice to family law: the firm also handles real estate transactions and wills and estates matters, including powers of attorney for property and for personal care. In family law cases, the firm works through negotiation, collaborative family law, mediation, or court representation, depending on what a case needs.

Jane Robertson moved to the Owen Sound area in 1996 and was called to the Bar in Ontario in 1998. In 2006, Jane became qualified to practice Collaborative Family Law. Jane is a member in good standing of the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, has served since 2011 as an agent for the Office of the Children's Lawyer, and has held a per diem appointment as a Judge of the Superior Court of Justice, Small Claims Court, since 2012. Jane is also a past chair of the Collaborative Family Law Group of Grey/Bruce and of the Grey County Law Association, and serves as Central West Region Representative and Treasurer for the Federation of Ontario Law Associations.
