About Kendelle

Kendelle Pollitt is the founder and principal of Pier Law & Mediation. After 15 years practising family law in Vancouver and Fraser Valley law firms, she started her own Surrey/White Rock-based firm to offer more personalized service on divorce, adoption, spousal and child support, and custody and guardianship matters. She also has experience with division of family and business property, including for high net worth clients and business owners with complex asset structures. She was called to the Law Society of BC bar in 2006, holds an Accreditation as a Family Mediator through the Law Society of BC (2016) and a Qualified Mediator (Q.Med.) designation from the ADR Institute of BC (2018), and completed a Certificate in Negotiation at Osgoode Hall Law School (York University) in 2017. She has served in leadership roles with several Surrey and Fraser Valley community and legal organizations.
