About Greg
Walter practises banking and financial services, commercial real estate and leasing, corporate and commercial transactions, corporate governance, energy law, land use planning, mergers and acquisitions, and securities and corporate finance. He has advised on a $70 million bank take-out financing, a $130 million power generation asset refinancing, and led counsel work on a 20 MW battery storage project. He received Avenue Magazine's Calgary Top 40 Under 40 award in 2011 and the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal in 2013. He was called to the Alberta Bar in 2009.
