About Greg

Greg Miller has practised civil litigation in Alberta for more than 20 years, concentrating almost exclusively on representing injury victims and the families of wrongful death victims. He has settled hundreds of such claims and represented clients at over 60 mediations, drawing on knowledge of personal injury practice, medical conditions, insurance issues and income and business loss evaluation. He has also litigated commercial disputes including sale of goods and construction claims. Before becoming a lawyer, Greg spent seven years as a nuclear engineer in Ontario. He holds a BASc in Engineering Physics from the University of British Columbia and a law degree from the University of Western Ontario, and was called to the Ontario bar in 1994. He is an active member of the Alberta Civil Trial Lawyers Association.
