Graham M. Bennett
Graham M. Bennett is a trial lawyer with over three decades of courtroom experience and a Law Society of Ontario Certified Specialist in Civil Litigation. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 1993 and was a partner at a large Kitchener firm before opening his own litigation practice and later joining Lerners in October 2020. His practice focuses on serious and catastrophic injury, fatalities, sexual assault civil actions, and insurance litigation including large-loss municipal liability.
