About Richard

Richard Hajduk is the founding and managing partner of Hajduk LLP, which he established in 1988. He earned his Bachelor of Law from the University of Alberta in 1987 and built his early practice in St. Paul, Alberta before relocating to Edmonton in 1995. Hajduk practices in administrative law, family and divorce matters, and corporate, commercial, and Aboriginal law, including rights, governance, and election disputes. He has appeared as counsel before the Supreme Court of Canada in a case involving section 15 of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms, and has represented clients in Alberta, British Columbia, and the Northwest Territories before tribunals including the Alberta Human Rights Commission and the Workers' Compensation Board.
