About Marko

Marko Maryniak, based in the Cranbrook office, received his J.D. from the University of Toronto in 1991 and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 1992, practising in Victoria and Vancouver and serving as General Counsel to Wampole Brands Inc. He moved to Fernie in 1998 and founded Rockies Law Corporation in 2004, which later joined Stringam through a 2026 merger; he is the firm's Managing Director. His practice covers real estate and development law, corporate law, insolvency and reorganizations, estate planning, and strata property.
