Gleb Malinovsky holds a J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University and a B.A. in English language from Minsk State Linguistic University. Malinovsky was called to the bar in British Columbia in 2012 and in Alberta in 2015. Malinovsky's practice covers corporate and commercial matters, including advising small business owners on corporate structure, reorganizations, and buy-sell agreements, and drafting shareholders agreements, asset and share purchase agreements, and commercial leases.
