About Giuseppe
Giuseppe (Joe) Agostino founded Agostino Law and has practised labour and employment law exclusively since being called to the Ontario bar in 2008. He began his career as in-house counsel for one of the largest construction unions in North America and later served as in-house counsel for the Toronto Transit Commission. Through Agostino Law he now advocates for both employers and employees, appearing before the Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, boards of arbitration, the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal and the Ontario Labour Relations Board. He holds an LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School (2007) and a B.A. (Hons) from York University (2004).
