About A.J.
A.J. Grant-Nicholson is the principal lawyer of Grant-Nicholson Law, with extensive experience in mental health law, including mental capacity litigation, substitute decision making and mental health related criminal law. He was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2013 and previously worked as a mental health staff lawyer at Legal Aid Ontario, later leading its Mental Health Strategy. He is a member of the Mental Health Commission of Canada's Mental Health and Justice Executive Advisory Committee.
