About Gerald
Gerald Warner has more than 30 years of experience in corporate and commercial law, real estate law, and estate planning and administration, and has been with SR since 2002. He has guided numerous business acquisitions, both asset and share purchases, from negotiation through closing, and handles personal property security transactions along with shareholder, partnership and joint venture agreements. His commercial real estate work covers leasing for landlords and owners, property purchases and sales, and land development and subdivision registrations, often acting for major institutional lenders. Gerald earned an Honours BA in History from the University of Toronto in 1968 and his LL.B. from the University of Toronto Law School in 1972.
