About Gary
Gary Bainbridge has practised primarily in labour and employment law for unions and employees for more than 30 years. After 17 years with a larger union-side firm in Saskatoon, he became a founding partner of Bainbridge Jodouin Cheecham in 2006, where he has practised exclusively in union and employee-side labour law. He has appeared at every level of court and before numerous administrative tribunals in Canada, and was co-counsel on three successful appeals before the Supreme Court of Canada. He was appointed King's Counsel in December 2017.
