Gary Hoftyzer is Senior Counsel focusing on business law, charitable law, and wills and estates, advising clients on disputes, business and charity operations, and succession planning. After earning his B.A. and LL.B. from Queen's University and his J.D. from Western University, he assisted two major recording artists with their business law needs and then practised banking law in Toronto, later working with one of Canada's top litigation firms. He completed an Osgoode certificate in negotiating and drafting IT agreements in 2022 and has been a member of the Law Society of Ontario since 2002. He is also involved with the Christian Legal Fellowship, the Canadian Centre for Christian Charities, and the Entrepreneurial Leaders Organization.
