About Gabrielle

Gabrielle Bélanger is a business lawyer with a recent focus on companies in new technologies, clean energy, fintech, gaming and cybersecurity. Since the start of Bélanger's practice, Bélanger has taken part in numerous commercial transactions across industries, including cross-border and local corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, and financing for lenders and borrowers in Canada and the United States. At Delegatus, Bélanger served as legal advisor to Resolute Forest Products for more than six years, supporting teams in Canada and the United States on financing and supply contract matters. Before joining Delegatus, Bélanger was legal counsel at the Business Development Bank of Canada and practised business law at Stikeman Elliott and McCarthy Tétrault. Bélanger holds an LL.B. from Université Laval.
