About Fulvio

Fulvio Durante is a partner at DBB Law with a business and estate-oriented practice covering corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, trusts, banking, mental incapacity matters, and estate planning and administration. He joined the firm in 1994 and has taught new lawyers as an instructor and evaluator for the bar admission program and at the University of Calgary Law School. Fulvio holds the Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) designation through the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and is an executive member of the Canadian Bar Association's Wills and Trusts subsection. He has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in Canada since 2024 for corporate law, real estate law, and trusts and estates.
