About Franziska

Franziska Brem has practiced notarial law since 2018 and joined Bernier Beaudry in 2023. Originally from Switzerland, she completed her law degree at Université Laval in 2016 and has been registered with the Chambre des notaires du Québec since 2018, the year she completed her master's in notarial law. She focuses mainly on traditional notarial matters, including wills, powers of attorney for incapacity, marriage and cohabitation contracts, powers of attorney, will searches, declarations of transmission, real estate law, and financing, and is a member of the Association professionnelle des notaires du Québec (APNQ).
