About Frank

Frank Friesacher is a partner at McCuaig Desrochers LLP practising primarily as a litigator across estate litigation, family law, employment law and business litigation. He joined the firm in 2000, following a clerkship at the Alberta Court of Queen's Bench and Court of Appeal, and became a partner in 2008. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction. He served on the executive of the Canadian Bar Association's Alberta Branch from 2015 to 2021, including as President for the 2018-2019 term, and was appointed King's Counsel in April 2022.
