About Madeline

Madeline Leigh Jones is a family lawyer serving clients throughout Windsor-Essex, handling separation and divorce, parenting time and decision-making, child and spousal support, property division, and child protection matters. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor's Faculty of Law in 2025 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2026. During law school she worked at the Mental Health Justice Clinic at CAMH in Toronto and served as a student intern to Professor Laverne Jacobs on the United Nations Committee on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities in Geneva. She completed her articles with Christopher G. Knowles, Barrister & Solicitor, gaining experience across separation, parenting disputes, support, property division, and child protection proceedings, and has appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice. Her practice accepts Legal Aid certificates for family law and child protection matters.
