Philcox and Hurley Law Office is a family law firm on Ouellette Avenue in downtown Windsor, Ontario. Frank Philcox and Mark L. Hurley opened the practice together in October 2010, originally as Philcox, Gatten and Hurley, after both had worked as in house counsel at the Windsor Essex Children's Aid Society. The two lawyers have a combined total of more than thirty years in family law and have appeared at various levels of court in Ontario, including the Ontario Court of Justice, the Superior Court of Justice, and the Divisional Court.

Philcox was called to the Ontario bar in 1991, holds a B.A. and LL.B. from the University of Windsor, and later earned a master's degree in environmental studies from York University. Before returning to private practice in 2010, Philcox worked as a sole practitioner in Sarnia and Windsor, then as lead in house counsel at the Children's Aid Society, and has since been appointed a part time member of Ontario's Environmental Review Tribunal. Hurley was called to the bar in 2004, also holds a B.A. and LL.B. from the University of Windsor along with a B.Ed., and began in general practice in Kingsville before joining the Children's Aid Society in 2007. The firm handles custody and access, child and spousal support, property division, cohabitation and marriage contracts, and both contested and uncontested separations, and it accepts Legal Aid and the Unifor Legal Services Plan.
