Frank Sperduti is the principal lawyer and founder of FJS Lawyers, a boutique firm focused on expropriation, civil litigation, and administrative law. He built nearly three decades of experience representing clients in high-stakes matters at one of Canada's largest law firms before establishing a more focused, boutique practice of his own. Sperduti has been recognized in the 2026 edition of The Best Lawyers in Canada for Expropriation Law and Municipal Law, an honour he has received multiple times over his career. His work includes representing landowners and expropriating authorities in large infrastructure projects such as the Highway 407 East extension, Highway 413, and regional LRT developments, along with litigation before Ontario's Superior Court, Divisional Court, and Court of Appeal, and matters before administrative tribunals.
