Frank E. DeMont, KC, Q.Med, is a Nova Scotia lawyer who focuses his practice on arbitration and mediation of labour, employment, municipal, and general matters through Resolve Arbitration & Mediation Services in New Glasgow. He has experience settling disputes in construction contracts, corporate and commercial matters, employment, estates and wills, expropriation, insurance, labour relations, municipal law, partnership disputes, real estate, and sports. DeMont holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Certificate in Business Administration from Mount Saint Vincent University and a Bachelor of Laws from Dalhousie Law School, Dalhousie University, all in Halifax, and has continued his education in negotiation, mediation, and alternative dispute resolution since 1989.
