About François

François St-Arnaud founded Cabinet St-Arnaud and has practised business law for close to 30 years, including 10 years at Canada's largest venture capital firm. He holds a bachelor's degree from the Université de Sherbrooke and a Master of Laws in international commercial law from the University of Edinburgh in Scotland, earned with magna cum laude honours. He has advised on more than 200 business purchase-and-sale transactions along with numerous financings and incorporations, and focuses on business transfers, contracts, corporate law and tax planning for small and medium-sized businesses.
