About Alexandre
Alexandre Lacasse co-founded two law firms before founding PNTT after concluding that Quebec business owners were often poorly supported when selling their companies. He is a lawyer, tax specialist, and licensed commercial real estate broker, and has worked on business-sale mandates in industries including retail, transportation, automation, e-commerce, manufacturing and distribution. He holds a Bachelor of Law from the Université de Sherbrooke (2012-2016), a graduate diploma in business administration from the Université de Sherbrooke (2016), and a graduate diploma in taxation from the Université de Sherbrooke (2016-2018).
