About Francis

Francis Hally joined LJT's tax team in 2025 and advises Canadian and non-resident taxpayers on tax planning for corporations, partnerships, trusts and business owners. He has worked on corporate reorganizations, business and asset sales, and estate, immigration and emigration matters, previously as an associate at a national firm and as a tax manager at two Big Four accounting firms.
