About Yves

Yves Martineau founded Martineau & Mindicanu and was called to the Barreau du Québec in December 2022. He has worked in immigration since 2002, advising clients on their immigration, professional and academic projects in Canada, and served as an official representative for the Québec government until 2007, giving conferences to more than 100,000 people across more than 50 cities in Mexico, Colombia, Venezuela, El Salvador and Ecuador. He was a regulated immigration consultant from 2009 until June 2023. He studied law at the Université du Québec à Montréal, earned an immigration consultant diploma at LaSalle College, completed a journalism degree at Concordia University, and pursued postgraduate coursework in communications and marketing at HEC Montréal. He is a member of the Barreau du Québec, a board member and co-president of the Quebec Immigration Lawyers Association (AQAADI), and a member of the Law Society of Ontario.
