About Faye
Faye Griffiths is Associate Counsel at Reedman Law, admitted to the Law Society of British Columbia in 2021. She originally qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2008 and holds an LLB from the University of Leeds, with more than 15 years of post-qualification legal experience. Her practice covers corporate restructuring, insolvency, bankruptcy, commercial disputes and litigation, and distressed real estate matters. She acts for business owners, directors, banks, creditors, and insolvency trustees across the financial services, retail, manufacturing, real estate, hospitality, and natural resources industries. She previously served as Regional Legal Counsel for a global oil and gas company in Singapore and now lives in Whistler, BC.
