About Eytan

Eytan Dishy founded Dishy Law after working as a tax lawyer at Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP. He advises on Canadian and international income tax planning for corporate reorganizations, cross-border investment, trusts and estates, emigration and immigration, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate investments, and is consulted by businesses, high-net-worth individuals, and family offices on structuring investment into and out of Canada. He holds a joint JD/MBA from Osgoode Hall Law School and the Schulich School of Business, has completed the CPA Canada In-Depth Tax Course, and has co-authored a book chapter on estate tax planning for LexisNexis as well as an article in the Canadian Tax Journal on surplus stripping. He has been recognized as a Best Lawyers 'Ones to Watch' honoree in tax law.
