About Evan
Evan Weber founded Weber Criminal Defence in Windsor in July 2023 after his mentor, Patrick Ducharme, retired from private practice. He earned his LL.B. from the University of Windsor and a J.D. from the University of Detroit Mercy in 2009, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2010 after articling with the Windsor firm Ducharme Fox. In 2018 he partnered with Patrick Ducharme to form Ducharme Weber LLP before establishing his own practice. Weber is a trial lawyer who appears before the Ontario Court of Justice, the Superior Court of Justice, and the Ontario Court of Appeal, and he regularly represents clients in Windsor, Chatham, and Sarnia as well as other Ontario communities. His practice covers a broad range of criminal charges, from impaired driving and assault to sexual assault, fraud, and drug offences, as well as provincial offences under the Highway Traffic Act and workplace safety legislation.
