About Erica

Erica McCarney joined the firm in October 2023, initially as a law student, after completing her Juris Doctor at Bond University in Australia, where she graduated with Distinction Class 1 and received the First in Class Award in Property Law and Canadian Administrative Law. She completed her articles at the firm in 2024 and was called to the Ontario Bar in March 2025. Erica's practice focuses on civil litigation, particularly personal injury law, and she emphasizes clear communication to keep clients informed throughout the legal process.
