David Hollingsworth and Associates is a personal injury firm based in Ottawa that handles only accident, injury, and insurance claims. Founder David Hollingsworth has been practicing personal injury law since 1999, and built a team of lawyers who work solely on motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall claims, medical malpractice, product liability, long-term disability, workplace injuries, and catastrophic injuries such as brain and spinal cord injuries. The firm takes cases on contingency, so clients pay nothing upfront and only pay a fee if a case is resolved successfully, and it represents clients across eastern Ontario rather than just within the city.

Hollingsworth earned a BA from the University of Western Ontario in 1993 and a law degree from the University of Ottawa in 1997, and now guest instructs at the University of Ottawa's Faculty of Common Law. The firm also takes on cases that cross the Ontario and Quebec border, representing both Ontario residents hurt in Quebec and Quebec residents hurt in Ontario, since the two provinces handle insurance claims and litigation differently. Services are available in English and French, and lawyers will meet clients at home, in hospital, or at a rehabilitation centre when a visit to the office isn't practical.
