About Daniel

Daniel Naymark is a litigator focused on commercial, civil, and regulatory disputes, including contract, shareholder and partnership disputes, insolvency, administrative law, employment, and professional negligence and fraud matters. He founded Naymark Law in 2015, which became Naymark LLP in 2026, after practicing at a Bay Street litigation boutique and clerking for the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. He holds a J.D. from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law (2008) and a B.A. in economics and philosophy from Huron College at Western University (2004).
