About Emily
Emily articled with Rogers Partners and rejoined as an associate in 2018. Her civil litigation practice centres on defending insurers, with matters spanning product liability, motor vehicle negligence claims, and occupiers' liability disputes. She attended law school at Lakehead University, where she won the Torts Award for top performance in the subject, co-led the Lakehead Women in Law Club, and did pro-bono work at the school's Community Legal Services Clinic. Before that, she completed an Honours BA with a focus on Criminology from the University of Western Ontario. Emily was called to the Ontario bar in 2018 and belongs to Canadian Defence Lawyers, the Advocates' Society, and the Toronto Lawyers Association.
