About Emily

Emily Russell is an Associate called to the New Brunswick bar in 2019 and the Nova Scotia bar in 2017. With a background in banking and government institutions, her practice focuses on debt financing, commercial contract negotiation, corporate reorganization, and mergers and acquisitions across industries including manufacturing, transportation, and construction. Russell has negotiated commercial agreements, represented financial institutions in debt financing transactions, and supported clients purchasing businesses in sectors from technology to agriculture.
